Material Performance Comparison

Carbon Steel

Offers excellent wear resistance and durability in repeated assembly environments. Highly cost-effective, making it suitable for large-scale industrial use. Can be surface-treated (e.g., zinc plating) for enhanced corrosion resistance.

FKM (Fluorocarbon Rubber, Viton®)

Provides outstanding heat resistance, performing reliably at temperatures over 200°C.Exceptional chemical resistance against oils, fuels, acids, and alkalis. Maintains elasticity and shape over time, ensuring long-term sealing performance.
