Features and Types of VALQUA Large-Size Packings

Valqua large-size packings are designed to deliver excellent performance in diverse environments and are particularly suitable for applications requiring inner diameters of 400mm or more. Note: The production of large-scale packings typically requires a lead time of approximately four months. Please consider the delivery schedule when placing orders. In most cases, general-purpose materials (NBR, FKM) are used; however, special materials are employed for high-pressure applications.

1. Valqua EUS (Dual-Purpose Packing)

• Features: Suitable for general use and compatible with integrated grooves.

• Pressure Range:

  • General-purpose materials (NBR, FKM): 9.8 MPa ~ 13.7 MPa

  • High-pressure materials (NBR, FKM): 13.7 MPa ~ 20.6 MPa

• Material-Specific Temperatures:

  • NBR: -30℃ ~ 80℃

  • FKM (Viton): -10℃ ~ 150℃

2. Valqua EUL (High-Pressure, Dual-Purpose Packing)

• Features: Designed with a large cross-section for stable performance, compatible with integrated grooves.

• Pressure Range:

  • General-purpose materials (NBR, FKM): 9.8 MPa ~ 14.7 MPa

  • High-pressure materials (NBR, FKM): 14.7 MPa ~ 29.6 MPa

• Material-Specific Temperatures:

  • NBR: -30℃ ~ 80℃

  • FKM (Viton): -10℃ ~ 150℃

3. Valqua EUP (Dual-Purpose Packing)

• Features: Designed for low-pressure and pneumatic applications, compatible with integrated grooves.

• Pressure Range: Up to 4.9 MPa

• Material-Specific Temperatures:

  • NBR: -30℃ ~ 80℃

  • FKM (Viton): -10℃ ~ 150℃

• Features: Excellent dust resistance and prevents hydraulic oil leakage.

  • VMQ: -60℃ ~ 250℃
