In industrial environments where high pressure and tight sealing are essential, Bonded Seals offer a highly reliable solution. They play a key role in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and processing industries, ensuring secure static sealing of screw and flange connections.

Material Properties of SUS316 + EPDM

This product is made with SUS316 stainless steel and EPDM rubber, each offering the following characteristics:

SUS316 (Stainless Steel)

  • Excellent corrosion and heat resistance

  • Suitable for hygiene-critical applications such as food and pharmaceutical industries

  • Stable performance even under high temperatures and exposure to chemicals

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer Rubber)

  • Superior resistance to ozone and oxidation

  • Resistant to hot water, steam, and various chemicals

  • Can be certified for use in food and pharmaceutical applications

The Bonded Seal is manufactured by integrating a trapezoidal rubber sealing element into or onto a metal flat seal. This structure ensures effective static sealing performance under high-pressure conditions.

Delivery and Ordering Information

  • Standard Lead Time: Average production lead time is 15–20 days.
