Supplied TCS VG Type Oil Seals

Today, the VG 22*28*4 TCS product has been received and delivered.

VG oil seals are a compact design oil seal without a spring, unlike TC type oil seals.. 

VG Oil Seal Uses

• Low Pressure Environment: Prevents lubricant leakage from rotating shafts in low-pressure conditions.

• Light Load: Suitable for rotating shafts that experience relatively low loads.

• Low-Speed Rotation: Ideal for low-speed environments, as high-speed rotation can cause heat generation and wear due to friction on the sealing lip.

• Space Constraints: Used in areas with limited installation space due to their compact design.

  
  

Cautions When Using VG Oil Seals

• High Pressure Environment: Not suitable for high-pressure environments due to the absence of an internal spring.

• High-Speed Rotation: Not recommended for high-speed rotation due to potential heat generation and wear from friction.

• Primary Use: Designed for sealing grease, it is not suitable for pressurized applications due to the lack of a spring.

If in stock, immediate supply is possible; however, production takes about 45 to 60 days. Therefore, it can be supplied at a reasonable price for mass-produced items rather than urgent orders.

Compatible with VC and VB types, and effective for grease sealing.
